Wooter Apparel makes custom sublimated uniforms and team gear for basketball, football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, cricket, hockey, esports and a dozen other sports across the US. The storefront covers team uniforms, custom apparel, spirit wear, design templates and a team order management flow.
Custom team apparel is not a normal product catalogue. A single order is a roster — twenty players, each with a name, number and size, on one design — so the ordering flow has to collect per-player detail without becoming a spreadsheet, and the design surface has to show a customer what their team will actually look like before anything is manufactured.
Note: the site has since been migrated to Squarespace, so the current live stack does not reflect the platform as originally built.

Challenges & solutions
One order, twenty people. A standard cart assumes one buyer picking one size. Roster entry had to stay fast for a coach filling in twenty players while remaining accurate enough for manufacturing.
Selling something that does not exist yet. Every order is manufactured to spec, so the design and swatch surfaces carry the whole burden of confidence — the customer is buying a rendering, not a photograph.
