Optix is a Pakistani ISP selling internet, Xtream TV, an Xtream streaming app and phone service as bundled packages. The site is a WordPress build on LiteSpeed covering the full commercial surface: package comparison, coverage checking, payment options, customer support and signup.
The load-bearing feature is coverage. An ISP site that lets someone browse packages for twenty minutes before revealing they are outside the service area wastes both parties' time, so a city and area check gates the funnel early and routes qualified visitors straight into contact capture.
Beyond that it is a package-comparison problem — burstable internet tiers, 175+ channel TV plans, phone and bundle promotions like free installation on advance payment — all of which change often and need to stay comparable at a glance without a rebuild every time marketing runs a new offer.
Key features
City and area coverage checker gating the signup funnel early
Package comparison across internet, TV, phone and bundles
Burstable broadband tier presentation and promotional offer blocks
Lead capture routed by coverage result
Payment options, coverage areas and customer support content
LiteSpeed caching and Slider Revolution hero presentation
My role
WordPress developer on the corporate and signup site.
- Built the theme, package templates and promotional offer blocks
- Implemented the city/area coverage check and its lead-capture routing
- Built support, payment and coverage content sections
- Handled caching, responsive layout and SEO fundamentals
Challenges & solutions
Coverage first, or nothing else matters. Putting the area check ahead of the packages felt like adding friction, but it stopped the funnel filling with leads Optix could not serve.
Offers that change faster than the site. Promotions are structured content in dedicated slots rather than hard-coded sections, so marketing can run a new advance-payment offer without a developer.
